After many inquiries, we are happy to announce that two of our most popular designs, table lamp Model 375 and wall lamp Model 204 – which is also known as The Mushroom, are now available in Smoked Oak. We are delighted to also present Model 180 as a new pendant in our collection. These three designs helps to mark our upcoming 80th anniversary.
The Mushroom was designed by Vilhelm Wohlert in 1957 in connection with Nobel laureate and physicist Niels Bohr's honorary residence, in Copenhagen. The lamp was re-launched in 2019 and has since been one of our most popular wall lamps. It's characteristic shape and hand-pleated lampshade, with its mushroom shape similarity, contributed to the lamp’s name. In addition to smoked oak, The Mushroom is also available in light oak
Model 375 is a reinterpretation of our iconic Model 107, designed by Esben Klint back in 1942 and was launched in connection with our 75th anniversary in 2018. The hand-pleated shade is beautifully integrated into a base made of smoked oak with brass details. This table lamp was first made with a light oak base and both models now offers sizes in XS Small, Small and Medium with either a standard or paper lampshade.
Model 180 combines the design aesthetics of Esben klint's pendant, Model 107 with fine details in oak and brass from the table lamp Model 375. The Model 180 pendant, is available with a light or smoked oak detailed top.
