Spot lamp by Pascal Hien
We are proud to present our latest addition to the Le Klint family, Spot, designed by the talented German designer Pascal Hien. This lamp is the result of an inspiring collaboration, where Hien has combined his unique design philosophy with Le Klint's classic craftmanship. Spot is not just a lamp, but a functional sculpture that brings both style and flexibility into your home.
The Spot lamp is created with an eye for detail and a deep respect for timeless design principles. With its adjustable head and handle, which clearly reflect Hien's love for barista coffee machines and bicycle components, the lamp is designed to adapt to your lighting needs.
The new lamp has a beautiful historical reference to Kaare Klint's classic Kip lamp, model 306, as Spot can also be used as both a table and wall lamp.
Crafted for durability and easy assembly
The core idea of the design is to elevate the light source from the floor to a preferred height using simple materials. A metal rod forms the lamp's base, while an aluminium clamp connects all components with a single screw and an Allan key.
Spot is made from robust materials, including steel and durable plastic, ensuring its resilience against daily use and accidental drops. Unlike many lamps, Spot uses a traditional cable instead of batteries, which significantly extends the lamp's lifespan. Additionally, all of the lamp's components can be replaced or repaired, embodying a design principle focused on longevity and ease of assembly that reflects the shared philosophy and vision we have with designer Pascal Hien.

Behind the Design
Pascal Hien is known for his honest and responsible approach to design. His work on Spot is inspired by his own experiences of traveling and living in various countries, where he only brought along the most essential items. This is reflected in Spot's simple yet functional design, created to be easily movable within the home.
The Spot lamp is available in four beautiful variants: steel/silver with a light oak handle, black with a smoked oak handle, olive green with a light oak handle, and oxide red with a smoked oak handle.
Whether you choose to use Spot as a table lamp, wall lamp, or floor lamp, Spot is designed to be a timeless element that not only illuminates the room but also adds a touch of timeless elegance and practical functionality to your home.
